Retail to Business Account Executive

About This Role

This role is responsible for driving sales of integrated communication solutions to small-to-medium businesses by developing strong relationships, showcasing Comcast's products, and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations of Comcast products and services
• Promote the sale of bundled products to optimize customer solutions
• Stay informed on the competitive landscape and emerging technologies
• Generate new leads through cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships
• Develop sales territory, including cultivating local business partnerships
• Retain customer base by delivering on the Comcast Credo and ensuring a superior customer experience
• Prepare sales and activity reports as required
• Participate in out-of-the-office meetings and demonstrate excellent verbal, written, presenting, persuading, and negotiating skills

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to work nights, weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary
