This Product Manager will lead the product roadmap and delivery of new features for back office servicing processes. The role involves modernizing processes, reducing manual agent work, and mitigating operational risk by partnering with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage the product roadmap for back office servicing processes/areas
- Lead the delivery of new features for back office servicing
- Partner with operational and platform stakeholders to align requests into a cohesive product roadmap
- Identify and elevate need for additional research to define future feature design
- Breakdown business epics into features and user stories, driving team towards MVP
- Use hypothesis-driven assessment of data to ensure product or feature delivers on business needs
- Own and prioritize feature development roadmaps, ensuring compliance with processes and procedures to manage risk
- Conduct research and develop features utilizing new and evolving technology in an agile environment
- Collaborate with designers, technologists, data scientists and subject-matter experts to build solutions
- Articulate a succinct product roadmap to deliver business value and share with stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or military experience
- At least 1 year of product management experience OR at least 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or military experience
- At least 1 year of product management experience or in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering. Preferred: 1+ year translating business strategy into consumer facing digital products, 1+ year experience working on core product platforms, 1+ year experience with cross functional teams as a product owner in agile development.
