The Senior Administrative Project Coordinator will provide essential administrative and project support to a compliance team within a financial services organization, primarily managing case flows through an internal compliance portal. This role requires tracking case progress, maintaining documentation, and supporting daily operations to ensure efficient compliance initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Assign and route cases within the compliance portal to ensure timely handling and resolution
- Track case progress through established workflows and monitor status updates
- Provide administrative and project support to compliance initiatives and team operations
- Maintain documentation, task lists, and workflow tracking to support process efficiency
- Communicate effectively with team members through email, Slack, and internal systems
- Support prioritization of cases and tasks to keep processes moving smoothly
- Work closely with leadership and consultants to support daily operations and project execution
Requirements
- Proven experience supporting teams in an administrative or project support capacity
- Strong organizational, task management, and prioritization skills
- Comfortable working across multiple technologies, portals, and interfaces
- Tech-savvy with ability to learn new systems quickly
- Strong customer service mindset
- Highly professional, polished, and reliable in corporate environments
- Strong communication skills across written and digital channels
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (reading, interpreting, and entering data)
- Comfortable using collaboration tools such as email, Slack, and internal platforms
- Ability to complete fingerprinting requirements
Qualifications
- Degree not required; relevant professional experience preferred
- Proven experience supporting teams in an administrative or project support capacity
Nice to Have
- Experience working in larger corporate or structured organizations
- Familiarity with Power BI
