The Security Service Technician will independently perform advanced troubleshooting and maintenance of IP-based physical security systems, ensuring quality control in commercial and industrial environments. This role focuses on servicing and troubleshooting rather than installation.
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced troubleshooting of IP-based security systems
- Maintain quality control for security system installations and services
- Service primarily IP based security systems in commercial and industrial environments
- Interact with customers to address concerns and problems
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in Physical Security Field
- Experience with Access control systems
- Experience with CCTV systems
- Experience with Alarms
- Experience with installation and service of IP-based security systems
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience within the Physical Security Field
