Ensure the safety of guests and team members and the security of the hotel property at The Beverly Hilton. You will patrol the premises, respond to emergencies, and conduct preliminary investigations to maintain outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
Responsibilities
- Patrol the interior and perimeter of the hotel and property to observe and identify potential safety and security risks
- Respond to emergency situations including safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies, and threats to life and/or property
- Promote safe work practices
- Initiate preliminary investigations into incidents
- Write reports and ensure accuracy of necessary documentation
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
Requirements
- Ability to work various shifts including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
