This Security Officer role involves safeguarding clients at a tech facility by conducting patrols, monitoring access, and responding to incidents. The position provides flexibility with part-time hours and opportunities for career growth.
Responsibilities
- Serve and safeguard clients in tech, media, and telecom industries
- Monitor assigned areas and conduct routine unarmed patrols to reduce security incidents
- Support access control and badge activity
- Respond to calls for assistance and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner
- Provide professional customer service through clear communication and teamwork
- Monitor access points, verify authorization, and report irregularities
- Operate site systems and complete routine checks of doors, gates, lighting, alarms, and cameras
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
Nice to Have
- CPR and/or First Aid certification
- Comfortable using a computer and/or tablet
- Access control and/or badge experience
