Serve and safeguard clients in various industries as a Security Officer - Flex Lobby Screener, managing access points, greeting guests, and maintaining a visible presence at a busy retail and mall location in Deptford, NJ.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to guests and tenants by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as directed
- Screen entrants at designated access points by checking tickets and/or identification, observing for prohibited items, and following established entry protocols
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting concerns to site leadership and/or public responders as needed
- Monitor entrances, queue lines, and common areas for unusual activity and help to deter policy violations through visible presence and clear communication
- Complete required reports and documentation, and communicate relevant updates to Allied Universal leadership and/or site contacts
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
Nice to Have
- Alarm panel experience
- Customer service experience
- Access control and/or badge experience
- CPR and/or First Aid certification
- State, county, and/or city issued security license
