Protect premises and ensure security by monitoring entrances, patrolling grounds, and responding to disturbances for Security Solution of America in North East Florida. This role involves maintaining order, reporting irregularities, and responding to emergencies to safeguard property and personnel.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises
- Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates
- Answer alarms and investigate disturbances
- Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences
- Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons
- Circulate among visitors, patrons, or employees to preserve order and protect property
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- U.S. Citizen
- Neat appearance
- Pass a drug screening
- Pass a background investigation
- Reliable transportation and smartphone
- Florida Class D License
- Professional demeanor
