Serve the community as a Security Officer, protecting clients' assets and people through conflict resolution, patrols, and identification of safety issues. Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company are provided.
Responsibilities
- Resolve and de-escalate conflicts
- Conduct patrols inside and outside the client’s premises, potentially in various weather conditions and terrain
- Interact frequently with client employees and guests
- Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity
- Provide detailed report writing
- Work in a team environment to achieve site and organizational goals
- Carry out specific tasks and duties as required for assigned site
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma, GED, or ability to complete the GED program within 6 months
- Standard computer/technology skills
- Ability to interact with a wide range of customers in a calm and professional manner
- Great attention to detail and ability to remain alert throughout the shift
- Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid/effective judgment and use appropriate escalation
- Willingness to participate in company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation
- Valid NM Driver's License
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or ability to complete the GED program within 6 months

- Customer service background
- Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience
