Security Officer

About This Role

Serve and protect community buildings and facilities by patrolling sites, investigating suspicious circumstances, securing premises, enforcing rules, and responding to alarms.

Responsibilities

• Patrol buildings, facilities, or work sites
• Investigate and report hazards or suspicious circumstances
• Secure doors and windows
• Enforce rules and regulations
• Respond to alarms

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old
• Must be able to speak English
• Ability to meet physical requirements including walking, patrolling, climbing stairs, and performing CPR
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check

Nice to Have

• Security experience preferred
• Retired law enforcement officers, military, or corrections are highly encouraged to apply
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for specific part-time shift)
