Serve and protect community buildings and facilities by patrolling sites, investigating suspicious circumstances, securing premises, enforcing rules, and responding to alarms.
Responsibilities
- Patrol buildings, facilities, or work sites
- Investigate and report hazards or suspicious circumstances
- Secure doors and windows
- Enforce rules and regulations
- Respond to alarms
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old
- Must be able to speak English
- Ability to meet physical requirements including walking, patrolling, climbing stairs, and performing CPR
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
Nice to Have
- Security experience preferred
- Retired law enforcement officers, military, or corrections are highly encouraged to apply
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for specific part-time shift)
