About This Role

Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products by providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, and managing product inquiries. Utilize professional resources to deliver accurate answers and interact with customers using video communication software.

Responsibilities

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
• Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, and tax calculations
• Manage product/software inquiries
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer
• Interact with customers through state-of-the-art video communication software
• Document interactions to maintain accurate records

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience)
• Extensive knowledge of tax laws
• Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software
• Excellent customer service skills
• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days

• 2+ years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software
