Seasonal Credentialed Bilingual Tax Advisor - CPA

About This Role

Serve as a credentialed bilingual tax advisor, providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, and managing product inquiries for customers using Intuit TurboTax products. This seasonal, remote role focuses on helping clients navigate tax complexities and ensuring accurate tax documentation.

Responsibilities

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
• Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, and tax calculations
• Manage product and software inquiries from customers
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate tax answers
• Document customer interactions to maintain accurate records
• Interact with customers through state-of-the-art video communication software

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney)
• Strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws
• Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken)
• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria
• Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software
