Scrum Master

About This Role

Facilitate Agile processes and ceremonies for a Data & Analytics team, focusing on artificial intelligence and prompt engineering projects within the banking vertical. Remove impediments and ensure effective collaboration to deliver high-quality solutions while complying with firm-wide guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate SCRUM ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) for the Data & Analytics team
• Ensure effective collaboration and delivery of high-quality solutions
• Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the team’s progress
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of requirements, priorities, and business objectives
• Track and communicate team progress using Agile metrics (e.g., burndown charts, velocity)
• Manage implementation of analytics and reporting initiatives
• Promote a culture of inclusivity and psychological safety
• Ensure all team activities comply with Risk, Control, and other relevant firm-wide guidelines

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a SCRUM Master, Agile facilitator, or in a similar leadership role
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in data, analytics, or technology environments
• Demonstrated expertise in Agile frameworks (SCRUM, Kanban) and servant leadership
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in data analytics, deployments, and AI/BI tooling
• Proven experience in utilizing data analytics to plan, analyze, and make inferences from data
• Proficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Experience in team building and fostering an inclusive environment
• Experience integrating artificial intelligence solutions
• Experience implementing automation to streamline workflows

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a SCRUM Master, Agile facilitator, or in a similar leadership role, leading cross-functional teams in data, analytics, or technology environments. Overall 10+ years experience.

Nice to Have

• Agile certifications (e.g., Certified SCRUM Master, PMI-ACP)
