Scrum Master

About This Role

Lead multiple development scrum teams using SAFe Agile processes, ensuring effective project delivery and continuous improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to manage backlogs and mentor team members on Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective leadership as a Scrum Master for multiple development scrum teams using SAFe Agile processes
• Conduct scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint planning sessions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to groom backlog, refine features, and estimate stories
• Shield scrum teams from outside distractions and maintain focus on completing committed product backlog items
• Mentor team members on Agile methodologies and provide performance feedback

Requirements

• Certified Scrum Master Professional (CSP) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification
• 3+ years of Scrum Master experience leading agile teams in a fast-paced environment
• 5+ years of experience in software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Experience with agile management tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering
• 3+ years of Scrum Master experience and 5+ years in software development life cycle (SDLC)

Nice to Have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or PMP ACP
• In-depth field experience in adopting SAFe and agile practices in enterprise environments
• Working experience with Atlassian collaboration tools (eazyBI reports)
