This role involves analyzing business processes and delivering large-scale process documentation or migration initiatives for a client, demonstrating expertise in BPMN 2.0 and process optimization.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in business process analysis or BPM
3+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Blueworks Live
3+ years of hands-on experience with Lucidchart or comparable enterprise diagramming tools
Proven experience delivering large-scale process documentation or migration initiatives
Expert-level knowledge of BPMN 2.0
Strong understanding of process discovery, modeling, and optimization techniques
Experience manually transforming or recreating diagrams across tools
Ability to interpret complex workflows and represent them visually with precision
Proficiency in Excel or similar tools for migration tracking and reporting
