School Speech & Language Pathology Assistant

About This Role

Provide speech and language therapy services to early childhood and pre-school students in a K-12 school setting in Andover, MN, supporting virtual Speech-Language Pathologists.

Responsibilities

• Assist with providing speech and language therapy services to early childhood and pre-school students
• Support virtual Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) in delivering individualized treatment plans
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Communicate effectively with educators, families, and other support staff
• Participate in meetings and contribute to the development of therapy materials tailored to student needs

Requirements

• Current certification or licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant
• Ability to work part-time hours with a flexible schedule, including 4-hour days
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications

• Prior experience working in early childhood or pre-school speech therapy settings is preferred.
