About This Role

Provide psychological services, assessments, and interventions to support high school students in Westfield, MA. Collaborate with educators and families to develop individualized education plans and contribute professional insights to promote academic and emotional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychological services, assessments, and interventions to support student learning and well-being.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and strategies.
• Conduct student evaluations and contribute professional insights to promote academic and emotional development.
• Participate in meetings and maintain timely documentation of services in accordance with district policies.
• Support crisis intervention and consult on behavioral management plans.

Requirements

• Active and valid Massachusetts School Psychologist license
• Prior experience working in school-based settings, ideally with high school students
• Ability to complete required Springfield CORI/fingerprint background check promptly

Qualifications

• Prior experience working in school-based settings, ideally with high school students.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with special education regulations and psychological assessment tools
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
