Provide comprehensive psychological services to K-12 students in Saint Joseph, MN, addressing their academic, social, and emotional needs. This role involves managing a diverse caseload, conducting assessments, and collaborating with educators and families.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of 60-70 students, balancing case management duties with direct service provision.
- Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and collaborate with educators and families to support student success.
- Provide consultation to teachers, parents, and administrators regarding behavioral strategies and mental health concerns.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) development.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with relevant state and federal regulations.
Requirements
- Valid Minnesota School Psychologist licensure
- Experience working within K-12 or extended grade levels up to age 22
- Strong skills in assessment, counseling, case management, and collaboration
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently while delivering high-quality services
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
