School Psychologist

About This Role

Soliant is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist for the 2026-2027 school year to provide onsite psychological services to K-12 students in Saint Joseph, Minnesota. The role involves conducting assessments, developing IEPs, providing counseling, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support student development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments to identify student needs.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Provide counseling and intervention services to support students' social, emotional, and academic development.
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to address behavioral and learning challenges.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential student records.
• Implement prevention programs and strategies that enhance the school climate and student well-being.

Requirements

• Valid School Psychologist certification/license.
• Experience working with K-12 student populations.
• Strong understanding of assessment tools and intervention methods.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage caseload efficiently and maintain detailed documentation.
