About This Role

The School Psychologist will support students' academic, social, and emotional development by conducting psychological assessments, developing individualized education plans, and collaborating with school staff and parents.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify students' strengths and needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and interventions
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student success
  • Provide counseling and crisis intervention services when needed
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a positive school climate

Requirements

  • Valid state licensure or certification as a school psychologist
  • Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations and creating data-driven interventions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse student populations
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
  • Commitment to professional development and continuous learning
