School Occupational Therapist

About This Role

This contract role involves delivering occupational therapy services to K-12 students in Fort Benning, GA, collaborating with school staff, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services to K-12 students, addressing diverse pediatric needs in a school-based setting
• Collaborate with educational staff to develop individualized treatment plans that support student participation and success
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state regulations
• Adapt therapy approaches to accommodate both in-person and virtual service delivery, if applicable

Requirements

• Active Georgia OT license
• Minimum of one year clinical experience in occupational therapy

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year clinical experience in occupational therapy, preferably with pediatric populations.

Nice to Have

• Experience in school-based therapy
• Relevant school experience (for COTAs)
• Virtual OTs who meet qualification standards
