SAP Ariba Administrator

About This Role

Administer and support the SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing module, providing timely customer assistance and performing system administration tasks. This role involves monitoring processes, developing training guides, and assisting with financial reconciliation, while also contributing to process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via incident resolution, troubleshooting, and process governance for Ariba B&I module
• Perform system administration for the Ariba B&I module
• Review and monitor current processes
• Help develop Training Guides associated with Ariba B&I
• Assist with the Ghost Pcard reconciliation process for catalog orders
• Provide project support for IPSS initiatives related to process improvement and system enhancements
• Provide backup support for Procurement Operations team across various Ariba modules

Requirements

• Experience in SAP Ariba or relevant procurement system
• 5+ years professional experience (if no degree)
• 5+ years experience in procurement, business analysis or strategic analysis
• Project management (functional) experience for procurement software systems
• Experience developing business process improvements and recommendations
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills
• Ability to perform in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficient in Power BI for pulling, analyzing, and building reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years professional experience (if no degree) and 5+ years experience in procurement, business analysis or strategic analysis

Nice to Have

• Able to work independently and on multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of Scrum or Agile methodologies
• Strong experience in Ariba Buying & Invoicing, Ariba Sourcing, Ariba Contracts, and Ariba Supplier modules
• Microsoft Access experience
