Salesforce Business System Analyst

About This Role

This role involves reviewing and analyzing IT systems operations, identifying user needs, and serving as the primary contact between users and engineering staff, focusing on Salesforce systems.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and evaluate information technology systems operations
• Determine user needs and requirements and recommend ways to improve systems
• Serve as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff
• Identify, document, report and track system issues
• Support the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables
• Liaison between technical groups and the business

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Suites
• Salesforce experience with an understanding of Salesforce data structure

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience
