Bilingual Support Desk Analyst

About This Role

This role will provide essential IT support to staff via various channels, including in-person and remote methods. It involves managing computer and mobile device lifecycles, maintaining IT support queues, and creating user documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide staff with IT related support in person, via email, chat, remote control, and phone
• Perform provisioning, deployment, and support of computers, accessories, and mobile devices
• Participate in Configuration and Asset Management processes to ensure computers are well managed
• Participate in support coverage during business hours as well as after-hours
• Monitor the IT Support ticket queue and ensure all requests for service are handled in a timely basis
• Create documentation to be published in a variety of formats that will assist users
• Work as a team member in coordination with IT Support Team

Requirements

• Competency in supporting the Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to troubleshoot, research, and resolve challenging technical issues
• Working knowledge of IT networking technologies
• Detailed understanding of Windows operating systems 10 and iOS devices from a detailed support level
• Skilled in configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting a variety of PC hardware
• Ability to communicate technical support information clearly and effectively to non-technical staff verbally over the phone, in person, and in written form

Qualifications

• 1+ years minimum Support Desk experience or equivalent experience preferred
