About This Role

This role supports firmwide growth by leading digital marketing, communications, and business development initiatives. The manager will execute campaigns, manage HubSpot operations, and drive measurable impact across brand visibility, lead generation, and pipeline performance.

Responsibilities

  • Support and execute strategic growth and go-to-market initiatives
  • Translate business objectives into integrated marketing plans with defined KPIs
  • Track marketing performance, ROI, and pipeline contribution; deliver actionable reporting to leadership
  • Own HubSpot as the core marketing and sales platform, including database management, segmentation, workflows, lead scoring, and lifecycle tracking
  • Plan and execute inbound and outbound campaigns (email, landing pages, webinars, paid and organic initiatives) with outsourced partners
  • Monitor and optimize funnel performance, including MQL-to-SQL conversion
  • Maintain and enhance website and blog content
  • Coordinate social media strategy and posting cadence
  • Support content publishing, optimization, and site architecture initiatives
  • Manage the communications calendar to ensure consistent brand voice
  • Support PR initiatives including press releases, award submissions, and speaking opportunities
  • Maintain clean, accurate marketing and sales pipeline data in HubSpot for forecasting and visibility
  • Coordinate webinars, events, and sponsorships from planning through follow-up
  • Conduct prospect and market research to support targeting and competitive positioning
  • Provide HubSpot training and ongoing support for executives and internal users

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • B2B marketing experience
  • 3-6+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally in professional services, consulting, or advisory environments
  • 3-5 years of hands-on HubSpot experience (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, CRM, workflows)
  • Proven ability to execute campaigns that generate measurable leads and pipeline impact
  • Strong writing, editing, and executive-level communication skills
  • Excellent project management, prioritization, and stakeholder coordination abilities
  • Analytical mindset with confidence interpreting dashboards and performance data
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 3-6+ years of digital marketing experience, 3-5 years of hands-on HubSpot experience
