Sales Manager

About This Role

Lead a team of Retail Advisors to provide exceptional glasses-shopping experiences, manage store operations, and contribute to process improvements for Warby Parker's new store in Port Chester.

Responsibilities

• Communicate Warby Parker's values and brand philosophy to customers
• Troubleshoot the point-of-sale system
• Oversee the store's inventory management procedures
• Develop new processes to improve customer service and optimize shopping experiences
• Manage and implement daily zoning schedules
• Open and close the store
• Lead shift meetings, roundtables, and other necessary meetings
• Direct a team of 8-10 team members, demonstrating great service
• Assist with team members' biannual performance reviews with Store and Associate Store Leaders
• Assist with new hire on-boarding and ongoing training
• Cultivate an inclusive, service-minded work culture

Requirements

• 1+ year in a management position with retail experience
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Managerial experience in sales or operations at a complex, customer-focused retailer
• Not on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
