About This Role

The Sales Manager will be responsible for prospecting and building relationships with clients in the construction industry. This role focuses on closing new business, expanding existing accounts, and managing a sales territory while partnering with an operations team to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and build relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, and superintendents
  • Meet clients face-to-face at job sites and offices
  • Consistently close new business and expand current accounts
  • Partner with the operations team to ensure job site coverage and client satisfaction
  • Manage a book of business and grow your sales territory
  • Attend networking events such as golf tournaments, clay shoots, and lunch & learns

Requirements

  • Comfortable on a construction site or walking into a GC’s trailer
  • Grit, hustle, and a love for face-to-face relationship building
  • Organized, proactive, and motivated by commission
  • Basic tech skills (CRM, email, texting platforms)

Nice to Have

  • Staffing, construction, or trades-related sales experience
