Responsibilities

• Represent energy solutions professionally at community events, retail locations, and outreach campaigns
• Engage with potential customers to explain available energy programs and services
• Answer questions clearly and accurately, ensuring a positive customer experience
• Build and maintain strong relationships to support customer trust and satisfaction
• Distribute approved marketing materials such as brochures and flyers
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with the internal team
• Follow all ethical sales, communication, and compliance guidelines

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Confident, approachable, and comfortable engaging with diverse audiences
• Interest in sustainability, renewable energy, or environmental initiatives
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
