About This Role

Drive revenue growth by leading a team of Account Executives, developing new market opportunities, and ensuring efficient sales processes. This role focuses on scaling business units to over $25M in revenue while building strong client relationships and collaborating with marketing and technical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of three Account Executives, ensuring they meet or exceed sales targets
  • Drive new business development and expand market share in existing and new markets
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Technical teams to generate leads, build campaigns, and maximize client engagement
  • Learn, manage, and improve the sales and opportunities processes, ensuring accurate documentation and seamless handoff to project teams
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and prospects
  • Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze metrics, and provide regular reports to executive leadership

Requirements

  • Proven experience growing a company or business unit to at least $25M in revenue
  • Demonstrated ability to sell into new markets and expand market share
  • Experience managing a small team of sales professionals with measurable success
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Strong understanding of CRM frameworks, sales operations, and pipeline management
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience growing a company or business unit to at least $25M in revenue, experience managing a small team of sales professionals with measurable success
