About This Role

The Sales Manager will lead the sales team at Audi Hampton, driving business growth and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role involves developing sales strategies, monitoring performance, and fostering customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate sales personnel to build a high-performing team

Qualifications
