About This Role

Lead U.S. sales activities for a specialized electronics manufacturing organization, driving market growth and managing key accounts within high-technology markets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage U.S. sales efforts for specialty film capacitors
  • Forecast and develop annual sales quotas by region
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitors
  • Grow and maintain key accounts
  • Identify new customer opportunities
  • Collaborate with engineering and purchasing teams

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Technical education (minimum 2 years)
  • Knowledge of passive electronic components
  • Experience supporting aerospace, alternative energy, or high-power systems
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in electronic or technical components
