Sales Manager - Home Improvement

About This Role

Lead and expand a sales team in the North Carolina market for a rapidly growing home improvement company, focusing on driving performance, coaching sales representatives, and developing future leaders.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and coach sales representatives through classes and workshops
• Lead weekly meetings, track performance, and ensure quota achievement
• Perform 4-5 ride-alongs per week with sales reps
• Run 4+ personal leads weekly to directly contribute to sales
• Review and adjust sales schedules
• Complete cancel-save appointments to retain customers
• Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to team members
• Build a positive, high-performing team culture aligned with company goals

Requirements

• One-call close experience (exterior/interior remodeling)
• 3+ years in sales
• 1+ year in sales management
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong coaching skills
• Strong communication skills
• Availability for weekend work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years in sales, 1+ year in sales management
