About This Role

Lead and coordinate the daily activities of team members focused on customer and prospect management in West Texas & South New Mexico, achieving business results by attracting new customers and growing existing relationships. Oversee the execution of account and sales plans, managing risk and driving quality while developing team members.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate daily activities of team members engaged in customer and/or prospect management
  • Achieve business results, attract new customers, and grow existing customer relationships by coaching and managing to defined strategies and tactics
  • Develop and oversee the execution of account and sales plans
  • Manage risk/return and drive quality for new and/or existing clients, identifying and mitigating regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks
  • Manage effective network of senior internal and external relationships to actively acquire new clients and/or expand existing clients
  • Focus on bringing the full range of PNC's products and services to the client
  • Leverage reporting and sales tools to proactively identify and successfully convert sales opportunities
  • Develop team members while monitoring progress against individual goals, motivating and managing performance
  • Effectively plan, organize, direct, analyze, and evaluate staff and processes
  • Coach team members on skills needed to analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk and to lead others on credit requests

Requirements

  • Appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a sales leadership role
  • 8+ years of industry experience
  • 5+ years of prior management experience
  • University/college degree

Qualifications

  • Bachelors
  • 8+ years of industry experience and at least 5 years of prior management experience
