Mass Affluent Segment Marketing Journeys Lead

About This Role

Lead the development and execution of marketing journeys for the Mass Affluent segment, translating customer insights into multi-channel activation plans and continuously optimizing performance through data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities

• Define optimal journey paths and touchpoints by evaluating conversion and ROI
• Translate journey designs into activation plans for multiple channels
• Uncover actionable journey insights through structured test and learn
• Partner with MarTech and channel owners to operationalize journeys
• Define the end-to-end measurement framework and leverage Customer Journey Analytics
• Manage end-to-end delivery timelines, QA, deployment workflows, and risks/controls
• Support the development and lead the execution of integrated, multi-channel strategic marketing plans
• Support the development and prioritization of business and marketing objectives
• Translate desired business outcomes into marketing strategy and execute marketing programs/initiatives
• Implement and oversee activities including coordination with legal, compliance, finance, risk and other key partners

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
• Detail oriented growth marketer
• Strong project management skills
• Rigorous execution
• Cross functional collaboration skills
• Comfortable navigating decision makers in a matrixed environment
• Ability to drive clarity, remove roadblocks, and maintain forward momentum

Qualifications

• Bachelors
• 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
