This role will entail driving the research, collection, and interpretation of business requirements to develop and review essential processes, procedures, workflow analytics, and reporting. The Business Analyst Senior will also provide consultation to clients on business designs and problem-solving, maintaining policy and procedure documentation.
Responsibilities
- Direct in the research, discovery, collection, and interpretation of business requirements
- Participate in the development and review of processes and procedures, workflow analytics, and reporting
- Provide consultation to clients on business designs, problem solving, and business analysis to support project management
- Develop and maintain all applicable policy and procedure documentation
- Independently obtain and identify business requirements needed to carry out and improve applicable business processes
- Provide expertise and problem-solving for clients and technology teams throughout the business analysis process
- Translate business needs, processes, and/or procedures by partnering with applicable experts and business stakeholders
- Communicate with stakeholders and technology teams on moderately complex business requirements, provide gap analysis, and facilitate future business process modeling for clients
Requirements
- Detail oriented professional with a strong ownership mindset
- Proficient knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Exceptional data analysis and problem solving capabilities
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (including EDGE)
- Solid understanding of sales processes
- Working knowledge of JIRA to support backlog management and delivery
- Strong writing skills, including producing clear user stories, business requirements, and process maps
- Strategic thinking to connect solutions to broader business goals
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Qualifications
- University / college degree or a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience
