Sales Lead

About This Role

As a Sales Lead/Retail Third Key, you will be the primary point of contact for patients and customers, ensuring an excellent experience by meeting daily sales goals, recommending eyewear products and services, and maintaining operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear
• Maintain product/optical knowledge through continuous training and development
• Troubleshoot eyewear needs as necessary
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals
• Open and close the store as needed in LEAD positions only

Requirements

• Ability to maintain license requirements per state guidelines for dispensing eyewear

Qualifications

• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
