About This Role

This part-time Sales Lead role supports the management team, focusing on achieving daily sales and productivity goals, building customer loyalty, and ensuring a positive in-store shopping experience. The role involves managing customer transactions, merchandising, and continuous product knowledge development.

Responsibilities

• Act as a direct support for the Management Team, executing with excellence
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals, supporting others in doing so
• Build customer loyalty through personalized connections and memorable shopping experiences
• Work with integrity and act as Manager On Duty in the absence of other managers
• Efficiently process customer transactions, merchandise shelves, and price products
• Master product knowledge through continuous learning activities
• Collaborate with a team of Health Enthusiasts
• Maintain regular store maintenance, follow loss prevention standards, and ensure timely product processing

Requirements

• Enthusiasm and ability to effectively engage customers and Health Enthusiasts
• A passion for the health & wellness industry
• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (i.e. Holidays, weekends, locations) depending on business needs as a part-time associate

Qualifications

• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience/instruction
