Sales Lead

About This Role

This role involves serving as the face of Visionworks, ensuring an excellent patient and customer journey by providing knowledgeable assistance with optics, products, services, and managed vision care, while also contributing to daily sales goals and operational activities.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through continuous training and development
• Ensure eyewear is Right the First Time and troubleshoot eyewear needs as necessary
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals
• Open and close the store as needed in Lead positions only

Requirements

• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
• Ability to maintain license requirements per state guidelines where applicable for dispensing eyewear
