Serve as the face of Visionworks, guiding patients through their eyewear journey by delivering exceptional service and ensuring their vision care needs are met. This role drives daily sales goals and maintains operational activities.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey
- Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
- Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through continuous training and development
- Troubleshoot eyewear needs as necessary
- Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals
- Open and close the store as needed in Lead positions only
- Maintain license requirements per state guidelines in this role
- Dispense eyewear in states where required and/if licensed
Requirements
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
Qualifications
