About This Role

As a Sales Lead at Visionworks, you will be the face of the business, ensuring an excellent experience for every patient and customer. You will apply your knowledge of optics, products, and managed vision care to guide customers through their eyewear journey.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey
  • Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
  • Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through continuous training and development
  • Troubleshoot eyewear needs as necessary
  • Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals
  • Open and close the store as needed (for LEAD positions only)

Requirements

  • 12 months optical industry experience or ABO Certification
  • HS diploma, GED, or equivalent related job experience
  • Ability to maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines where required

Qualifications

  • HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
  • 12 months optical experience (within Visionworks or other organization)
