About This Role

The Sales Lead will spearhead Theta's commercial expansion, focusing on scaling Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and Customer-Based Corporate Valuation (CBCV) solutions. This role involves defining and executing go-to-market strategies, overseeing the entire sales cycle, and collaborating with marketing and finance leaders to drive recurring revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle sales process for CLV analytics projects and subscription-based solutions, from prospecting to contract negotiation and close
  • Own the commercial conversation with C-level executives in Marketing and Finance
  • Articulate the value of CLV and CBCV to a diverse client base, translating complex analytical concepts into actionable business insights
  • Serve as the "voice of the market" to the team, providing feedback to shape the roadmap of CLV Ultra based on prospect interactions
  • Scale our commercial strategy and optimize messaging to drive growth across key segments
  • Manage and optimize our sales infrastructure (CRM hygiene, forecasting, reporting) to ensure data-driven decision-making and a scalable revenue engine

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or solution selling (preferably in analytics, SaaS, or consulting)
  • Demonstrated ability to close complex deals and manage a revenue pipeline
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to speak confidently to senior leadership
  • Understanding of Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and marketing analytics
  • Highly organized and process-oriented
  • Strong writing and research skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or solution selling (preferably in analytics, SaaS, or consulting)

Nice to Have

  • Solid understanding of the CLV / CBCV methodologies
  • Experience with the private equity industry
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and sales automation tools
