This role is for a Sales Lead / Senior Optical Specialist who will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive experience by providing optical knowledge and sales support within the store environment. This role contributes to daily sales goals and engages with customers to meet their eyewear needs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey
- Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
- Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge
- Troubleshoot eyewear needs as necessary
- Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals
- Open and close the store as needed in LEAD positions only
Requirements
- 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
- Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines (as needed)
