Lead and manage a Visionworks retail store, focusing on profitability and ensuring an excellent patient and customer journey. This role involves business management, associate development, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Maximize the store’s profitability while maintaining exceptional patient/customer experience by achieving financial and performance goals
- Engage regularly with the Doctor to discuss business needs, associates, and patient/customer experience
- Prepare and plan daily business operations by managing incoming traffic, doctor appointments, and scheduled eyewear services
- Hire, train, coach, develop, and support store associates to ensure flawless patient/customer experience
- Remove obstacles and find resolutions for patient/customer experience issues
- Lead, execute, and improve all operational activities to meet the store's financial and customer experience goals
Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of related experience
Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Three (3) or more years of related experience required
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree
- Optical management experience
