Sales Lead Part Time

About This Role

As a Sales Lead / Senior Optical Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for patients and customers, guiding them through the eyewear selection process and ensuring their vision care needs are met. This role drives daily sales goals and assists with store operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the customer/patient experience journey
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through continuous training and development
• Troubleshoot eyewear needs as necessary
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals
• Open and close the store as needed in lead positions

Requirements

• 12 months optical experience (within Visionworks or other organization) or ABO Certification

Qualifications

• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
• 12 months optical experience
