Sales Lead Part Time

About This Role

Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and customers, guiding them through the eyewear selection process and ensuring a positive experience. This role focuses on achieving daily sales goals and maintaining operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of the business, ensuring the best possible journey for every patient and customer
• Maintain knowledge about optics, Visionworks products/services, and managed vision care
• Guide patients/customers through the Visionworks experience to meet their eyewear needs
• Deliver daily sales goals by ensuring excellent execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services tailored to their eye care needs
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear, ensuring accurate fit and Right the First Time service
• Maintain product and optical knowledge through continuous training and development
• Troubleshoot eyewear needs as necessary
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals
• Open and close the store as needed (for Lead positions only)

Requirements

• 12 months optical experience (within Visionworks or other organization) or ABO Certification
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
• Ability to maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines, as needed
