About This Role

This role is a dual position, functioning as both a Bear Builder and a Floor Leader on Duty, focused on delivering exceptional guest service, fostering a positive environment, and driving sales for the store.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service by assisting guests in creating personalized furry friends
• Actively engage with guests, demonstrating genuine enthusiasm for the brand
• Create a warm and inclusive atmosphere for guests
• Uphold operational excellence by consistently meeting brand standards and guidelines
• Be a role model in providing exceptional guest service
• Guide, support, and direct a team of associates to ensure smooth store operations and achievement of sales goals
• Work with the management team to address and resolve issues, making effective decisions

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

Nice to Have

• Build-A-Bear store associate experience
• Associate’s (or higher) degree in business, management, or a related field
