Serve as a role model Sales Lead, providing direction to Bear Builders while focusing on achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional guest service. When not leading the floor, function as a Bear Builder engaging with guests and upholding operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Role model exceptional Guest service to ensure a memorable experience
- Guide, support, and direct a team of associates to ensure smooth store operations and achieve sales goals
- Provide feedback to the management team regarding performance and compliance issues
- Actively engage with Guests using Experience First Make Behaviors
- Create a warm and inclusive atmosphere for Guests, fostering positive interactions
- Uphold operational excellence by consistently meeting brand standards and guidelines
- Display strong team commitment, being dependable, engaged, and helpful
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Availability to work 15-25 hours per week
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
Nice to Have
- Build-A-Bear store associate experience
- Associate’s (or higher) degree in business, management, or a related field
