About This Role

As a Sales Director, you will align with client imperatives to solve business problems and target the right clients to grow pipeline and win profitable deals. This role involves originating and selling comprehensive deals with various operational components, typically valued between $5M and $50M+, for public service clients in Colorado.

Responsibilities

  • Provide solutions to complex business problems/opportunities requiring in-depth knowledge of client buyer needs
  • Expand work in new areas of the client’s business through new offerings and services
  • Drive sales process and outcomes to clients on a dedicated basis, growing a profitable pipeline and/or backlog of sales, through deal origination, sales negotiations, and closure
  • Lead the entire origination process for a large deal, working with the Client Account Lead and client team
  • Focus on the entire sales life cycle of an opportunity from origination to closure
  • Ensure Accenture Sales Methodologies are implemented and followed to maximize win probabilities
  • Successfully lead and align a complex network of stakeholders
  • Determine pursuit strategies, develop client messaging plans and relationships, and apply industry-leading transformation strategies and practices
  • Travel as required, up to 100%

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience originating and capturing complex multi-tower service deals, preferably in value greater than $10M
  • 8+ years of experience shaping, negotiating, and closing large complex multi-tower deals within Public Services/ Higher Education (SLED) clients
  • Existing trust-based relationships with State, major City/County and/or Higher Education institutions within Colorado

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience originating and capturing complex multi-tower service deals (value greater than $10M) and shaping, negotiating, and closing large complex multi-tower deals within Public Services/ Higher Education (SLED) clients.
