About This Role

Lead strategic consulting engagements for Accenture's Utilities practice, focusing on digital transformation, customer experience modernization, and operational efficiency initiatives. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders and drive the implementation of customer-centric operating models.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end strategic consulting engagements across Energy Retail and Customer Service
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, establishing trusted advisor relationships
  • Define, develop, and execute transformation roadmaps that improve customer outcomes, enhance revenue growth, and optimize cost structures
  • Own delivery excellence across multiple workstreams by managing project teams, setting clear direction, and managing risks and dependencies
  • Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities, shaping client conversations, and developing proposals
  • Contribute to and shape thought leadership by staying current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies
  • Design and re-engineer business processes
  • Lead design thinking and executive workshops
  • Develop business cases and transformation roadmaps
  • Deliver agile and hybrid delivery programs
  • Define new operating models and customer engagement strategies
  • Lead change management, talent enablement, and adoption
  • Co-create reusable intellectual property and industry-leading solutions

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Utilities industry with focus on Customer Service, Energy Retail, and Customer Transformation project delivery
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP or Oracle
  • Deep expertise in Meter-to-Cash operations, customer operations, billing, collections, and associated technologies
  • Proven leadership in large-scale Customer Transformation initiatives and technology implementations
  • Demonstrated experience managing consulting engagements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Utilities industry, with a strong focus on Customer Service, Energy Retail, and Customer Transformation project delivery. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP or Oracle, including leading or managing system-enabled business transformations.

Nice to Have

  • 3+ years of experience in an advisory or consulting role, delivering business transformation
  • Led multi-workstream programs involving customer operations, digital channels, and enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
