SAP Solution Architect

About This Role

As an SAP Solution Architect, you will assist sales and delivery teams by providing solution advisory for SAP technology and services. Your role involves establishing trusted advisor relationships with clients and guiding them through the sales cycle and adoption journey. You will act as an Enterprise Architect for medium-to-large opportunities, solutioning and estimating System Integration, Application Development, Data Migration, and Governance.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales, delivery, and business architecture teams with SAP technology and services
• Oversee opportunities and deliver solution advisory for SAP technology and services
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with internal teams, prospects, and customers
• Guide clients through the sales cycle and adoption journey
• Act as an Enterprise Architect in medium-to-large opportunities (solutioning and estimation of SI, AD, Data Migration, Governance)
• Support Application Maintenance and Apps-Infrastructure Support engagements
• Leverage deep solutioning and delivery experience to create solutions and co-create strategies with clients
• Translate client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using SAP technology
• Collaborate with Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop winnable and deliverable solutions
• Design and deliver compelling SAP solutions that differentiate Accenture
• Guide deal strategy by providing industry, technology, or functional insights
• Oversee responses to RFIs and RFPs, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment
• Lead complex sales cycles involving various solution advisors
• Communicate business outcomes and value realization from SAP technology solutions
• Advise on best practices and integration strategies for SAP solutions
• Support sales and marketing events to showcase SAP capabilities
• Maintain authorization training and certifications
• Mentor fellow Solution Architects and share knowledge and thought leadership

Requirements

• 8+ years of SAP experience (including S/4HANA Cloud ERP Private and Public) with a strong functional background
• 8+ years SAP industry experience (Manufacturing, Chemicals, Consumer Goods, Life Sciences, etc.)
• 3+ years experience in SAP Solution Planning and Deal Shaping (RFP responses, staffing models, client presentations)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience, or Associate's degree with 6 years' work experience)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience
• Minimum of 8 years of SAP experience (including S/4HANA Cloud ERP Private and Public) with a strong functional background. Minimum of 8 years SAP industry experience in sectors such as Manufacturing, Chemicals, Consumer Goods, Life Sciences, etc. Minimum 3 years experience in SAP Solution Planning and Deal Shaping, including RFP responses, staffing models, and client presentations.
